Delivery Information

All the Gemstones are shipped from Sri Lanka or Australia. A tracking number will be given for you to track the shipment. The shipment will be delivered within 7-20 working days. Items valued at USD130/- or less will be shipped by registered post and those exceeding that amount will be shipped by priority mail with insurance. Alternatively, we can FedEx the shipment, but it will cost USD80/-.

We usually ship all items within 48 hours of receipt of the full payment. Every item is shipped with an invoice and a brief appraisal. If you need any item to be couriered, you have to make a request and pay an additional sum specified by us. Orders will usually be delivered within 1-2 weeks anywhere in the world.
